Jon's a Director of Everard Cole and leads the Nottingham office. Jon has worked in the licensed and leisure property industry for over 20 years, with a wealth of property experience in both agency and client side, at organisations such as Punch Taverns, Scottish & Newcastle Pub Enterprises and Christie & Co. Jon was awarded an MSc in Surveying with Dinstinction from the University of Reading where his final dissertation was the Valuation of Licensed Properties in the UK.
Having extensive experience of numerous individual and group acquisitions and disposals, asset management, commercial and residential developments and leasehold assignments, Jon specialises in the valuation, disposal and acquisition of freehold and leasehold properties, alternative use/development sites, viability assessments and licensed property asset management, ensuring clients maximise the value of their assets.
