Lyndon Brett MRICS, FAVLP MARLA was elected a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on 1st October 1987 – Membership No. 77639. I have practised as a qualified surveyor since 1987.
I am the principal of Lyndon Brett Partnership, a firm established in 1990, specialising in Licensed Property, Planning and Building Survey work.
Since 1990 I have acted continuously in a professional capacity for clients to provide property advice and guidance on a wide range of Licensed and Leisure property and as a practice covering, Retail, Residential Management; plus Agency and Management of Industrial, Commercial and Office properties. I have particular experience in the provision of advice on:
- Licensed and Leisure including Inventory Preparation and Rent Reviews
- Valuation and Property Survey advice
- Land Survey and Boundary Disputes
- Landlord and Tenant issues
- Building defects and diagnosis
- Building Design & Supervision
- Healthcare Property
- Property Management
- The practice has also been involved in refurbishment of a Grade I Listed property in Castle Street, all of which have required detailed Surveys, Architecture Appraisals, Design & Access Statement, detailed Specification of Existing & Proposed works, Photographic Records, Supplementary Planning Support Statements, detailed Drawings, Cross-sections and Planning applications, Listed Building Consents and Building Regulation Approval Applications.

The practice is also involved in the management of Listed Buildings, their maintenance and upkeep including rent and service charge collection, as well insurance repair work governing Listed properties.
