Prospective members must have been a valuer for at least 5 years' standing and must have a Proposer and Seconder from an existing AVLP member.

Each prospective member must prove to the satisfaction of the AVLP Committee that he/she has the requisite knowledge and experience and will be able to contribute to the objectives of the Society.
