Pub Innsite specialises in pub work. When dealing with tied leases and MRO work, we will only act for tenants to ensure there is no question of any conflict of interest. There are very few RICS regulated Businesses specialising in pubs that can say the same. Because there are no flash cars or offices, our fees are also value for money, and we are able to spread payments over 6 to 12 months to assist with cash flow. Whilst work is progressed on an hourly basis, caps can be agreed. Negotiated rent review settlements typically range from £2K to £3k. Sales are based on a £5K minimum fee basis. All fees are subject to VAT. 

Experience was gained from Greene King, Spirit Group and Marston's before setting up in private practive in March 2007. I am enjoying what I do and have worked with multiple BII Licensees of the Year as well as standard local pub operators. Most operators find that even if they don't need my services, a conversation helps them to understand if their pub company is playing fair. As I work on my own, it's always great to hear from operators who may need some pragmatic advice, which can be highly cost effective.
